Pretzels

I don’t know if it was because it was Halloween or because I spent the weekend watching American movies but I was in a particularly Americana mood.

Enter the most delicious looking snack I have seen in a long time here. I don’t know anywhere where you can buy freshly made soft pretzels in Australia & I had never had one before so I set the recipe aside for a weekend project.

They were suprisingly easy to make & while mine didn’t end up looking like pretzels, they were still yummy!

As soon as they came out of the oven they were eaten, & I have it on good authority {the bf has lived in the US} that they tasted just like the real deal!

These will definitely be going into my recipe book.
